Head of Donor Relations (Marketing, Fundraising & Communications)
Anglican Aid
Sydney CBD, NSW
Hybrid - Full Time Position
Are you passionate about seeing the grace of God overflow to a world in need?
Do you have the strategic and relational skills to engage others in generous gospel partnership?
Anglican Aid is seeking a committed evangelical Christian to lead our Donor Engagement efforts - shaping how Australian and American Christians connect with gospel-driven development that strengthens churches and transforms communities in the world’s poorest nations.
Founded by Sydney Anglicans and grounded in reformed-evangelical theology, Anglican Aid partners with local churches in over 39 countries to meet both physical and spiritual needs - through clean water, food security, education, and the training of biblically faithful pastors. As Head of Donor Engagement, you will lead a high-performing team across fundraising, communications, and church engagement. You’ll craft and implement strategies that inspire generosity and build long-term, theologically aligned partnerships - all while working in a warm, prayerful team culture where your personal faith is central to the mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategy and execution for all fundraising, communications, and donor engagement initiatives in Australia and the USA.
Nurture relationships with Significant and Regular donors and identify new donor opportunities.
Oversee communications and church engagement, ensuring alignment with Anglican Aid’s theological vision.
Contribute to organisational strategy as a senior leader, collaborating closely with the CEO and other senior team members.
Promote Anglican Aid’s mission through public engagement, events, and partnerships.
Working at Anglican Aid means joining a warm, gospel-hearted team where your faith is valued and integrated into your daily work. Here, you will be part of a close-knit, professional, and highly capable team that prays together, encourages one another, and is united in a shared mission to see lives transformed through Christ. With a hybrid work model offering up to three days from home, and an office conveniently located near public transport in Sydney’s CBD, Anglican Aid provides a flexible and supportive environment where you can thrive both professionally and spiritually.
