Parramatta Christian Church is seeking a relational pastor who loves Jesus and is passionate about discipling young people and developing leaders.

We are a vibrant, multicultural and multigenerational church within the Australian Christian Churches movement, with a vision to see our city and the nations transformed by the gospel.

Working alongside our Senior Pastor, you will support the leaders of our Kids, Youth and Young Adults ministries through pastoral care, practical administration and leadership development. You will help them flourish in their calling, strengthen their teams and equip the next generation to follow Jesus.

This is a role for a ministry all-rounder: someone who enjoys walking alongside people, can organise the details that help ministry thrive, and is ready to step into ministry needs when they arise. You will also bring confidence in preaching and teaching God’s Word.

Your leadership will flow from a growing relationship with Jesus, a life grounded in Scripture and prayer, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. You will bring relevant ministry experience, godly character, a willingness to learn and alignment with PCC’s beliefs and values.

Flexibility and opportunity

Part-time hours can be spread across the week, with Tuesdays required at our Barney Street office in North Parramatta and Sundays for church services, currently held at a temporary location. A full-time appointment may be considered where your gifts and experience align with broader ministry needs.
