This appointment follows a thoughtful leadership transition within the Pacific Group of Christian Schools, separating system-wide leadership from school-based principalship. As the founding and largest school in the Group, Pacific Hills now seeks a Principal who can honour its rich heritage while confidently leading the School into its next chapter of Christ-centred growth, excellence and service.

The Role
The Principal is the senior educational and operational leader of Pacific Hills Christian School, entrusted with leading a flourishing Christ-centred community marked by spiritual vitality, relational warmth and educational excellence.
Working closely with the Executive Principal and Group Executive Team, the Principal will provide leadership across all aspects of school life, including:
Spiritual leadership, faith formation and Christian community life
Excellence in teaching, learning, wellbeing and student achievement
Leadership, development and care of staff and school leaders
Day-to-day operational effectiveness across the Kindergarten–Year 12 school
Strong partnerships with families, churches and the wider community
Compliance with NESA, child safety and legislative requirements
Governance, finance and system-level responsibilities are undertaken collaboratively within the PGOCS leadership model, allowing the Principal to focus strongly on school culture, educational leadership and community engagement.
The Person
The Board is seeking a spiritually mature, relationally wise and highly capable Christian educational leader who is called to shepherd the Pacific Hills community with faithfulness, clarity and hope.
You will bring:
A vibrant personal Christian faith, expressed through active involvement in a local church
Deep theological literacy and the ability to articulate a biblical worldview in contemporary education
Significant senior leadership experience within a large Christian or independent school
A proven track record in whole-school improvement, educational leadership and staff development
Strong capability in curriculum leadership, evidence-informed practice and innovation
Experience navigating compliance, accreditation and regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication, relational and community-building skills
A servant-hearted, emotionally intelligent and resilient leadership style

Location: Pacific Hills Christian School, Dural NSW
Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing (as per contract)
Reports to: Executive Principal, Pacific Group of Christian Schools
Start Date: The successful candidate will ideally be able to engage with PHCS throughout 2026 with a view to begin responsibilities term 1 of the 2027 school year.
