The Role

The Secondary Support Teacher role is to teach from a Biblical framework. The teaching will be based on the NSW syllabus documents with the resource 'transformation by design' used to purposefully include a Christian perspective.

The Support Teacher plays a vital role in enhancing student outcomes by working closely with classroom teachers to provide targeted intervention, conduct diagnostic assessments, and support individualised education plans. This dynamic position fosters collaboration, offers instructional support, and ensures every student’s academic, social, and emotional needs are met with care and expertise.
